Temperature at noon 80F.  0430. Washed clothes. 0600. Steam up in cutter. 0730. Sent steam cutter to communicate with provision boats at Njao Gap. 0915. Mustered by divisions and read prayers. Employed scrubbing canvas gear and as requisite. Training party at Quick fire gun drill. PM. Employed refitting awnings. Training party at Quick Fire gun drill. 1715.
