Temperature at noon 84F. 0200. Exercised Close watertight doors. 0430. Altered course to S70E. 0800. Altered course to S85E. 0900. Hauled in Patent log 0910. Stopped and came to in 6 fathoms off Bushehr and veered to 5 shackles.  Found here HMS Marathon. 0930 Divisions and Divine Service. 1020. LAURENCE proceeded. 1130. HMS Marathon proceeded. Noon.
