On the night of the 23 November Mr Smith – Gunner (T) slept out of ship without permission in contravention of Article 686.Queens Regualtions. Noon. Wind NE force 2 with blue sky and haze.  Employed as requisite and drawing ordnance stores.  1600. Wind NE force 2 with broken cloud. Hands Manned and armed ship. Coal expended 6 cwt..
