Wind E by S force 3 with broken cloud and passing rain. General leave to watch. Stopped coaling. Received 70 tons.  Draught forward. 10 feet 0 inches. Aft 14 feet 6 inches.  Coal expended 12 cwt. Number on sick list 13.
