Moored at number 7 buoy at Bombay. Wind calm with blue sky. Barometer 30.12 inches rising to 30.13 at 0800 before falling to 30.05 at 1600 and then rising to 30.08 at  2000 before finishing at  30.10 inches at midnight. Temperature at noon 86F.  0400. Received 154 lbs of beef and 70 lbs of vegetables plus 240 lbs of bread.  Stokers training class in T.B. 0730. Exercised Fire Stations. 0800. Employed cleaning ship. Dockyard men onboard.  18 shipwrights, 7 Coolies, 10 Caulkers, 10 (?) Boilermakers, 10 Fitters, 1 Cooper, 10 Riveters and 3 Apprentices. 1200. Wind NW force 1 with broken cloud. HMS Pomone came out of dock and moored to number 4 buoy. 1600. Wind NW force 2 to 3. Special leave to watch.. 200. Wind W force 3 to 4.  2200. Liberty men returned. Coal expended 4 cwt. Number on sick list 2.
