Before falling to 30.09 inches at midnight. Temperature at noon 85F.  0400. Received 116 lbs of beef and 58 lbs of vegetables plus 170 lbs of bread. Landed Marines for drill. 0800. Divisions and prayers. Mining party away. Party drawing ammunition. Court martial witnesses onboard Flagship. Afternoon as Forenoon. 1600. Special leave to starboard watch. 1700.
