At moorings in Bombay Harbour.  Wind SW force 2 to 5with broken cloud, squalls and passing showers. Barometer 29.80 inches rising to 29.84 before finishing at 29.84 inches at midnight.  Temperature at noon 85F.  Received 120 lbs of fresh beef and 60 lbs of vegetables plus 183 lbs of bread.

Drawing stores. Employed as requisite. Carried out half yearly missing and slow creeping (?) Difficult to read handwriting.  Bent sails.  Special leave to starboard watch. Coal expended not shown. Number on sick list 6.
